It seems like there’s always a new “miracle” weight loss pill coming out.  I have seen several of these come and go over the decades.  At first they are heralded as the answer to the problem of unwanted fat.  But in time they are proven to be dangerous.  Every drug has side effects.  Even so called natural appetite suppressants can be dangerous.  The ones that contain stimulants (they pretty much all do) can exhaust and damage the thyroid gland. You have to remember to take them. The pills are expensive and you have to keep taking them, so you have to keep spending money. Like diets, pills don’t correct the root cause of overeating.  Thin Hypnosis heals the problem at it’s source, the subconscious mind (your emotional mind)!

Ready made meals are another option for losing weight.  Maybe they are out there but I’ve never met anyone who has lost weight and kept it off long term with these meals.  They are expensive and you have to keep buying them.  It takes a great deal of willpower to stick with eating these mini meals when everyone else is eating the stuff you’d rather be enjoying.  Willpower has an expiration date.  No one can keep it up indefinitely. 

The dark side of willpower is the binge.  It’s pretty much predictable that if you use willpower to control your eating, there will be a binge at some point.  Binge eating is not fun.  When I use to binge I didn’t even enjoy the food I was scarfing down.  And I felt horrible shame, guilt and physically sick after stuffing myself to the point of physical pain.  Ready made meals don’t teach you to control what you put in your mouth.  These meals don’t help you deal with the emotional issues that cause overeating. There are several different kinds of surgery for weight reduction.  Some of them do work for some people but there are huge risks with these surgeries.  With any surgery there will be pain and recovery time.  My own mother died from complications after having her stomach stapled.  She did lose weight after the surgery but she was in and out of the hospital frequently.  Many days she had to go to the hospital because she couldn’t even keep water down.   He life was never normal after that surgery.  Even with her stomach stapled so it could only contain a small amount of food she still had the desire to overeat and often did so with devastating consequences.  The compulsion to overeat was NOT cured by the physical reduction of her stomach organ. She only lived 2 years following the surgery and passed at the age of 62.

Weight reduction surgery is rarely ever covered by insurance so it is very costly.  I KNOW A WOMAN WHO SPENT OVER $50,000 ON LIPOSUCTION.  LESS THAN A YEAR LATER, HAD SHE GAINED 45 POUNDS.  Surgery, pills and diets are not a permanent solution because they don’t correct the root cause of overeating.  Thin Hypnosis quickly heals the faulty programming in your subconscious mind, so you automatically eat like a naturally thin person. 


Everyone can be hypnotized.  There is no one in the world who doesn’t already go into hypnosis almost every day.  It is a natural, normal state of mind that you may slip into while you are watching a movie, reading a good book or listening to music.  You get so focused on the story that someone can walk in the room and call your name but you don’t hear them.  Your mind is way off somewhere else.

It takes a few times for most people to get comfortable and familiar with how hypnosis feels. The first time that most people experience hypnosis they don’t feel much different than they normally do.  So they wonder, “Was I really hypnotized?”  This is because they are expecting to be unconscious or asleep.  Before the hypnosis I always tell everyone, “You will NOT be unconscious.  You will hear everything I say.”  Yet they still may think, “It didn’t work,” when they open their eyes.  I remember one woman I guided into an introductory sample of hypnosis.  When she opened her eyes she said, “I wasn’t hypnotized.  I heard everything you said.” 

I said, “You are supposed to hear everything I say.”  She wasn’t convinced so I asked her, “When was the last time you felt that relaxed?”

“I’ve never felt that relaxed,” was her reply!  Even though she had never been so relaxed in her whole life, she thought she wasn’t hypnotized because she was not asleep. 

After the second experience of hypnosis most people can tell that they were in a trance (so to speak).  After the third time everyone will know that they were in the state of hypnosis.   Hypnosis is a state of mind that may take a little time to recognize.   This is why I offer a FREE INTRODUCTORY HYPNOSIS SESSION.

The rate of weight reduction will vary from person to person.  The average is about 3 to 4 pounds per week once the hypnosis kicks in.  Most people start dropping pounds right away but it can take up to 3 weeks to feel the full effects of the hypnosis, so it is best to avoid weighing yourself for the first 3 weeks.  That way, if you are one of the people who takes longer, you won’t get discouraged.  Once the hypnosis takes effect (3 weeks max) the pounds steadily fall away.

You are asked to listen to a Thin Hypnosis Recording once each day with your eyes closed. How consistently you listen to the hypnosis recording is also a factor affecting how fast you lose weight.  If you miss days it may slow down your slim down.  Most people find it very easy to fit listening to this relaxing recording into their day.  You can even listen to it as you are drifting off to sleep at night so it doesn’t have to take any extra time out of your day.
